Common use of Xxxxxx Limitation Clause in Contracts

Xxxxxx Limitation. The Xxxx Payment Service reserves the right to refuse to pay any Xxxxxx to whom you may direct a payment. The Xxxx Payment Service will notify you promptly if it decides to refuse to pay a Xxxxxx designated by you. This notification is not required if you attempt to make a prohibited payment or an exception payment under this Agreement.
