Xxxxxx Limitation. We shall have a reasonable opportunity to act before changes to your Xxxxxx list are effective. While most Billers can be reached through the Service, we reserve the right to refuse to allow you to designate any particular Xxxxxx or classes of Billers. We will notify you if we decide to refuse to pay a Xxxxxx designated by you. This notification is not required if you attempt to make a Prohibited Payment.
