Xxxxxx Multi Projects Pvt. Ltd, the Sub Lessor herein is the Lessee in respect of the land described in Part – I of the Schedule “C” hereunder written. The devolution of the leasehold rights and title in respect of the land in favour of the Sub-Lessor is detailed in Schedule “B” hereunder written.
