Xxxxxx of Investigation. The Provider is required to inform the OAG if they are being investigated by any governmental agency for financial, programmatic, or other issues. If it comes to the attention of the OAG that the Provider is being investigated, all pending requests for reimbursement may not be processed until the matter is resolved to the satisfaction of the OAG.
