Xxxxxx of Redemption and Damages. The Concessionaire waives any right of redemption granted by or under any present or future law or statute if the Concessionaire is dispossessed for any cause, or if the State obtains or retains possession of the Premises in any lawful manner. The Concessionaire acknowledges that if the manner or method employed by the State to gain possession of the Premises gives rise to a cause of action to the Concessionaire for forcible entry and detainer under the laws of the State of Alaska, the total maximum amount of damages to which the Concessionaire may be entitled is the sum of one dollar ($1). The Concessionaire also acknowledges that this provision may be filed in any action as its stipulation fixing the amount of damages to which it is entitled.
