The Company shall issue a press release through such national newswire service as the Company then uses containing the information set forth in the Notice of Redemption.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Company shall increase the Conversion Rate pursuant to this Section 14.03 in connection with a Notice of Redemption only with respect to conversions of Notes called (or deemed called, as provided in Section 14.01(b)(v)(B)) for Redemption, and not of Notes not called (and not deemed called) for Redemption.
