XXXXXX OF SUBROGATION. The company, for itself and on behalf of its insurers, to the fullest extent permitted by law without voiding the insurance required by the contract, waives all rights against the Authority, members of the Authority’s governing body and the Authority’s officers, volunteers, agents, and employees, as well as the State of Florida, Department of Transportation, including the Department’s officers and its employees, for damages or loss to the extent covered and paid for by any insurance maintained by the company. The company shall further require that all contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and subconsultants at each tier include the following in every contract and on each policy: “Hillsborough County Aviation Authority, members of the Authority’s governing body and the Authority’s officers, volunteers, agents, and its employees, as well as the State of Florida, Department of Transportation, including the Department’s officers and its employees, are additional insureds for the coverages required by all policies as described above other than workers compensation and professional liability.”
