Common use of XXXXXX PROCEEDING Clause in Contracts

XXXXXX PROCEEDING. Prior to implementing the disciplinary action, a Xxxxxx proceeding will take place to allow the employee an opportunity to respond to the proposed discipline and charges, either orally or in writing, or both. The results of the proceeding may initially be given to the employee orally; however, a written decision will be issued within ten (10) working days of the proceeding.
