Xxxxxx’s Consultant. Xxxxxx’s Consultant means any consultant appointed from time to time by the Lender providing Financing for the Work. Nothing contained in the Contract Documents and no action taken by the Lender’s Consultant in connection with the Work or the Contract Documents shall constitute direction and/or control by the Owner or the Lender providing Financing for the Work.
