Xxxxxx has the right to appear in and defend any Proceeding brought regarding the Property and to bring any Proceeding, in the name and on behalf of Borrower or in Xxxxxx’s name, which Xxxxxx, in its sole discretion, determines should be brought to protect Xxxxxx’s interest in the Property.
