Xxxxxxx Above the Call. In the event that any given call from the University requires 28 or more departmentalized IATSE Stagehands, or 18 or more non-departmentalized IATSE Stagehands, there shall be designated a Xxxxxxx Above The Call, meaning in addition to the production required positions. The Xxxxxxx Above The Call will be compensated in accordance with Appendix A.
