Common use of XXXXXXX DETERMINATION Clause in Contracts

XXXXXXX DETERMINATION. The number of workers to be employed is at the sole discretion of the Contractor, and the fact that certain classifications and rates are established does not mean that the Contractor must employ workers for any one or all classifications or to operate any particular piece of equipment that happens to be on the project unless the Contractor determines they have need for such workers or unless otherwise provided for in this Agreement.
