Xxxxxxx Effect; Assignment. This Agreement shall bind My heirs, assigns, executors, successors, conservators and administrators. I may not assign this Agreement or any rights or obligations under this Agreement without first obtaining Robinhood's prior written consent. Robinhood may assign, sell, or transfer My Account and this Agreement, or any portion thereof, at any time, without My prior consent.
