Xxxxxx’x Failure to Delivery Electronic Bills. Member agrees to hold Navigant harmless from any failure by a Xxxxxx to deliver Member’s electronic billing information through the Online Xxxx Xxxxxxxx and Presentment Service. If a Xxxxxx fails to deliver electronic bill information to Member, Member understands that it remains responsible for ensuring timely payment of all bills. Copies of previously delivered bills must be requested from the Xxxxxx directly.
