Xxxxxxx MDQ. In no event shall Gatherer ever be required to accept from Producers on any of the Xxxxxxx Gathering Systems a volume of Producers’ Gas and MV Mitigation Gas in excess of the Xxxxxxx Maximum Daily Quantity for that Xxxxxxx Gathering System.
