Associate-Licensee acknowledges and understands that Broker does not maintain a trust fund and that all xxxxxxx money deposits received by clients must be made payable and deposited immediately to escrow and reported to Broker. Associate-Licensee shall not ever receive funds from clients in its personal name nor receive any cash payments from clients. All trust funds shall be handled in compliance with the Business and Professions Code, and other applicable laws.
