Xxxxxxx Nature; Third Party Beneficiaries. The Disclosure Booklet and Tuition Savings Agreement are binding upon me, my heirs, successors, beneficiaries and permitted assigns. By completing my Enrollment Application, I agree that all of my representations and obligations are for the benefit of the Plan Officials, all of whom can rely upon and enforce my representations and obligations contained in the Disclosure Booklet and my Enrollment Application. Each of the Plan Officials is a third-party beneficiary of, and can rely upon and enforce, any of my agreements, representations and warranties in this Agreement.
