NO THIRD PARTY BENEFICIARIES definition

NO THIRD PARTY BENEFICIARIES. The provisions of this Agreement are solely for the benefit of the parties hereto, and not for the benefit of any other person, persons, or legal entities.
NO THIRD PARTY BENEFICIARIES. Except as set forth in Section 8.2 above, no provision to this Agreement is intended, nor shall any be interpreted, to provide or create any third party beneficiary rights or any other rights of any kind in any affiliate, shareholder, partner of any party hereto or any other third party; including any End-User, unless specifically provided otherwise herein, and except as so provided, all provisions hereof, shall be personal solely between the parties to this Agreement.
NO THIRD PARTY BENEFICIARIES. There are no third party beneficiaries to this Agreement.

However, for the purpose of this DPA, the term “Third Party” when used to indicate the provider of digital educational software or services is replaced by the term “Provider.”
