Common use of XXXXXXX WAGES Clause in Contracts

XXXXXXX WAGES. When four (4) or more employees covered under this Agreement are on a job of five (5) days' duration or more, one (1) Journeyman Painter in good standing with the Union shall be the designated Xxxxxxx, for the duration of the job. The definition of "Duration of the Job" is the primary contract and does not include change orders or call backs, providing that none of the exceptions require four (4) or more employees for five (5) days or more on each separate operation. The duties and responsibilities of the Xxxxxxx shall include handling the Employer’s paperwork on the job, assigning and supervising work, maintaining performance requirements, conducting liaison with the general contractors or owner's representative, maintaining communications with the Employer and maintain safe working conditions and practices throughout the course of the job. Further, it shall be the duty of the Xxxxxxx to return the Employer’s unused material and equipment to the Employer. Xxxxxxx shall receive Journeyperson hourly Taxable Net Wage Rate plus: (a) Two dollars ($2.00) per hour when in charge of three (3) or more employees covered under this Agreement who are on a job of five (5) days' duration or more. (b) Four dollars ($4.00) per hour when in charge of five (5) or more employees covered under this Agreement who are on a job of five (5) days' duration or more. (c) Six dollars ($6.00) per hour when in charge of ten (10) or more employees covered under this Agreement who are on a job of five (5) days' duration or more. (d) Foremen wages and premium to be based on the highest wage classification on the job they are supervising. (e) Xxxxxxx shall be required to attend and satisfactorily complete at least sixteen (16) hours of STAR Program Training annually of which at least eight (8) hours shall be Supervisor Certification Training. Effective July 1, 2014 any Xxxxxxx who failed to attend and/or satisfactorily complete their annual sixteen (16) hours of STAR Program Training and/or eight

(c) Six dollars ($6.00) per hour when in charge of ten (10) or more employees covered under this Agreement who are on a job of five (5) days' duration or more. (d) Foremen wages and premium to be based on the highest wage classification on the job they are supervising. (e) Xxxxxxx shall be required to attend and satisfactorily complete at least sixteen (16) hours of training through the Finishing Trades Institute of Northern California and Nevada made available through the STAR Program Training program annually of which at least eight (8) hours shall be Supervisor Certification Training, until current with all SCT curriculum. Effective July 1In addition, 2014 any Xxxxxxx who failed to attend and/or satisfactorily complete their annual sixteen (16) hours they must also maintain a minimum of STAR Program Training and/or eightOSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, and Supervisor Harassment Prevention certificates.

Further, it shall be the duty of the Xxxxxxx to return the Employer’s Company's unused material and equipment to the EmployerCompany. Xxxxxxx shall receive Journeyperson hourly Taxable Net Wage Rate plus: (a) Two dollars One dollar and fifty cents ($2.001.50) per hour when in charge of three (3) or more employees covered under this Agreement who are on a job of five (5) days' duration or more. (b) Four Two dollars ($4.002.00) per hour when in charge of five (5) or more employees covered under this Agreement who are on a job of five (5) days' duration or more. (c) Six Two dollars and fifty cents ($6.002.50) per hour when in charge of ten (10) or more employees covered under this Agreement who are on a job of five (5) days' duration or more.or (d) Foremen wages and (considered as a premium pay) to be based on the highest wage classification on the job they are supervising. (e) Xxxxxxx shall be required to attend and satisfactorily complete at least sixteen (16) hours of STAR Program Training annually of which at least eight (8) hours shall be Supervisor Certification Training. Effective July 1, 2014 any Xxxxxxx who failed to attend and/or satisfactorily complete their annual sixteen (16) hours of STAR Program Training and/or eight
