Common use of Xxxxxxx’s Right to Terminate for Cause Clause in Contracts

Xxxxxxx’s Right to Terminate for Cause. Grantee may terminate this Agreement by written notice to DLCD if DLCD is in default because DLCD fails to pay Grantee any amount due pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, and DLCD fails to cure such failure within thirty (30) calendar days after Xxxxxxx’s notice or such longer period as Grantee may specify in such notice; or
