Xxxxxxxx Act Registration. For a period of two (2) years after the date of this Agreement, the Company shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the registration of the Common Stock under the Exchange Act. The Company shall not deregister the Common Stock under the ​ Exchange Act without the prior written consent of the Underwriter, which consent shall not unreasonably be withheld.
