Xxxxxxx Reports. During such time as the Public Securities are listed on the Exchange, the Company shall provide to the Representative, at the Company’s expense, such reports published by the Exchange relating to price trading of the Public Securities, as the Representative shall reasonably request.
Xxxxxxx Reports. For a period of six months after the date hereof, during such time as the Shares are listed on the Exchange, the Company shall provide to the Representative, at the Company’s expense, such reports published by the Exchange relating to price trading of the Shares, as the Representative shall reasonably request.
Xxxxxxx Reports. Sellers shall use their reasonable best efforts to obtain from Xxxxxxx the Xxxxxxx Opinions, the Allocation Analysis and, if requested, the Appraisals, and to obtain from Eastdil the Eastdil Opinions, in each case on or prior to the date on which the Proxy Statements are mailed to the limited partners of the XxXxxx Partnerships in accordance with Section 7.1 hereof.
Xxxxxxx Reports. For a period of two (2) years after the date of this Agreement, the Company shall provide to the Underwriter, at the Company’s expense, such reports published by NasdaqCM relating to price trading of the Public Securities, as the Underwriter shall reasonably request; provided that such provision shall not prevent a sale, merger or similar transaction involving the Company.
Xxxxxxx Reports. No later than the earlier of (i) the Reserve Report Deadline and (ii) the date the Company delivers the Reserve Report (Fully Engineered and/or Audited) to each Seller as required by Section 9(a) (the earlier of (i) and (ii) being referred to herein as the “Information Deadline”) the Company shall deliver to each of the Sellers “xxxxxxx reports,” in customary form and substance, with respect to all of the Real Property included in the Acquired Assets and as to any Liens thereon.
Xxxxxxx Reports. The CONTRACTOR will have a system of distributing and collecting monthly vanpool reports for all vans managed. The required report format and report elements are set forth in Exhibit E.
