Xxxxxxxx and Conferences. The Contractor shall provide professional services required by the City and necessary for furtherance of any work covered under the Agreement. Professional services shall include appropriate representation at design conferences, public gatherings and hearings, and appearances before any legislative body, commission, board, or court, to justify, explain and defend its contractual services covered under the Agreement.
