XXXXXXXX CHARTER SCHOOL. The Ceres Unified School District and Xxxxxxxx Charter School recognize that the certificated employees of Xxxxxxxx Charter School are members of the Ceres Unifies Teachers’ Association (CUTA) and that their employment is governed by this Agreement as specifically noted in this Article and as agreed upon in Article II of this Agreement.
