Xxxxxxx’x Compensation Claims. Executive represents and warrants that he has no present knowledge of any injury to him which either will or might lead to his recovery of compensation as a Xxxxxxx’x Compensation Claim and, to the extent he may lawfully release such claims, Executive agrees to release the Bank and the Released Parties from any and all Claims Executive may have relating to or arising out of any Xxxxxxx’x Compensation law, rule, policy, or regulation.
