Common use of XXXXXXXX, COMPUTATIONS AND PAYMENTS Clause in Contracts

XXXXXXXX, COMPUTATIONS AND PAYMENTS. 7.1. On or before the thirtieth (30th) day following the end of each Billing Period, PGE shall send to Seller payment for Seller's deliveries of Net Output to PGE, together with computations supporting such payment. PGE may offset any such payment to reflect amounts owing from Seller to PGE pursuant to this Agreement and any other agreement related to the Facility between the Parties or otherwise. On or before the thirtieth (30th) day following the end of each Contract Year, PGE shall xxxx for any Lost Energy Value accrued pursuant to this Agreement.
