Xxxxxxx’x / Employees Compensation & Employer’s Liability Insurance. 1. Insurance shall be affected for all the Contractor’s employees engaged in the performance of these Contractors. If any of the work is subjected, the Contractor shall require the sub-contractor to provide xxxxxxx’x compensation and Employers Liability Insurance for the letter’s employees are covered under this Scheme.
