Common use of Xxxxxxxx Expenses Clause in Contracts

Xxxxxxxx Expenses. The Company shall pay or reimburse Executive for all reasonable expenses incurred or paid by Executive during the Employment Period in the performance of Executive’s duties hereunder, upon presentation of expense statements or vouchers and such other information as the Company may reasonably require and in accordance with the generally applicable policies and procedures of the Company for its executive officers as in effect from time to time.

Xxxxxxxx Expenses. The During the Employment Period, the Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for all documented reasonable business expenses incurred or paid by the Executive during the Employment Period in the performance of Executive’s his duties hereunderunder this Agreement, upon presentation of expense statements or vouchers and such other information as the Company may reasonably require and in accordance with the generally applicable Company's policies and procedures of the Company for its executive officers as in effect from time to time.
