Common use of Xxxxxxxx of Company as to Conflicts of Interest Clause in Contracts

Xxxxxxxx of Company as to Conflicts of Interest. Company represents and warrants to the Aviation Authority that, except as may be disclosed in an Addendum hereto, no member, officer, employee or agent of the Aviation Authority has any interest, direct or indirect, in the business of Company to be conducted hereunder, and that no such persons shall have any such interest at any time during the Term hereof.
