Xxxxxxxx Recording. The Shipowner will cause this Mortgage to be duly recorded in the Office of the Deputy Commissioner of Maritime Affairs of the Republic of the Xxxxxxxx Islands, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 3 of the Republic of the Xxxxxxxx Islands Maritime Act of 1990, as amended, and will otherwise comply with and satisfy all of the provisions of applicable laws of the Republic of the Xxxxxxxx Islands in order to establish and maintain this Mortgage as a first preferred mortgage thereunder upon the Vessel and upon all renewals, replacements and improvements made in or to the same for the amount of the Secured Obligations.
