Xxxxxxxx Rights. In a non-custodial interview involving possible criminal matters, an employee will be advised in writing of his/her rights and the consequences of refusing to answer the questions posed to him/her on the grounds that the answers may tend to incriminate him/her. This notice shall be on a form (see Appendix A-5) that the employee signs and dates prior to the commencement of questioning.
