Common use of Xxxxxxxx Rights Clause in Contracts

Xxxxxxxx Rights. All intellectual property rights of a Party, including copyright, patent, and reuse (“Intellectual Property”), shall remain the Intellectual Property of that Party. Garver shall obtain all necessary Intellectual Property from any necessary third parties in order to execute the Services. Any Intellectual Property of Garver or any third party embedded in the Deliverables shall remain so imbedded and may not be separated therefrom.
