Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx shall advise the Board of any agreements or revised agreements as to compensation to be paid by Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx to PaineWebber at their first regular meeting held after such agreement but shall not be required to obtain prior approval for such agreements from the Board.
