Xxxxxxxxx License. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Xxxxxxxxx hereby grants to Collegis a nonexclusive, nontransferable, royalty-free license to use, execute, reproduce, display, perform and modify Xxxxxxxxx software and other intellectual property used in Xxxxxxxxx’x own operations solely for the purpose of performing the Services for Xxxxxxxxx. Collegis acquires no right, title or interest in any Xxxxxxxxx software or other intellectual property, other than the rights of use authorized by this Agreement.
