Xxxxxxxxx Substation. This sub-project upgrades the Xxxxxxxxx substation to a rating of 369 MVA. To achieve this some of the terminal equipment within the Xxxxxxxxx substation will be upgraded, which includes the replace wave trap on the Xxxxxxxxx to Wahpeton 230 kV line with a 2000 amp rated wave trap.
