Common use of Xxxxxxxxx Clause in Contracts

Contractor shall procure and maintain the following insurance (and such other limits and additional insurance as may be required by the Contract) at its own expense until completion and acceptance of performance hereunder, and thereafter to the extent stated below, with not less than the monetary limits specified. The insurance shall be placed with insurance companies acceptable to Con Edison.
