Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx. Xxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxx shall cause any Custodian appointed hereunder to open and maintain a segregated trust account and to hold, record and identify all the Posted Collateral in such segregated trust account and, subject to Paragraph 8(a), such Posted Collateral shall at all times be and remain the property of the Pledgor and shall at no time constitute the property of, or be commingled with the property of, the Secured Party or the Custodian.
