YEAR 2000 AND EMU COMPLIANCE. 24.2.1 Subject to Clause 24.2.2, Exult Supplier makes no warranties in respect of Year 2000 or EMU Compliance in respect of Services or Projects or other activities carried out under this Agreement and the Client or BPA and the BPA Affiliates shall be solely responsible for its and their Year 2000 and EMU Compliance.
