Common use of Year 2000 Compatibility Clause in Contracts

Year 2000 Compatibility. Promptly and in no event later than January 1, 2000, take all action necessary to ensure that Borrowers' computer based systems are able to operate and effectively process data including dates on and after January 1, 2000. At the request of the Administrative Agent, Borrowers shall provide the Administrative Agent and Lenders assurances in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and Lenders of Borrowers' year 2000 compatibility.

Year 2000 Compatibility.
