Common use of Year 2000 Compatibility Clause in Contracts

Year 2000 Compatibility. Take all action necessary to assure that from and after January 1, 2000 the computer-based systems of the Borrower are able to operate and effectively process data that includes dates on and after January 1, 2000. At the request of the Administrative Agent, the Borrower shall provide to the Administrative Agent assurance acceptable to the Administrative Agent of the timely year 2000 compatibility of the Borrower.

Year 2000 Compatibility. Take all action actions reasonably necessary to assure that from and after January 1, 2000 the computer-Borrower's computer based systems of the Borrower are able to operate and effectively process data that which includes dates on and after January 1, 2000. At the request of the Administrative Agent, the Borrower shall provide to the Administrative Agent assurance acceptable reasonable assurances satisfactory to the Administrative Agent of the timely year Borrower's Year 2000 compatibility of the Borrowercompatibility.

Take The Borrowers have taken all action necessary to assure that from and after January 1, 2000 the computer-computer based systems of the Borrower Borrowers are able to operate and effectively process data that includes including dates on and after January 1, 2000. At the request of the Administrative Agent, the Borrower Borrowers shall provide to the Administrative Agent assurance reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders of the timely year Borrowers' Year 2000 compatibility of the Borrowercompatibility.

At the request of the Administrative Deal Agent, the Borrower shall provide to the Administrative Agent assurance acceptable to the Administrative Deal Agent of the timely year Borrower's Year 2000 compatibility of the Borrowercompatibility.
