Common use of Year-End Grievances Clause in Contracts

Year-End Grievances. In the event a grievance is filed at such a time that it cannot be processed through the steps in this procedure by the end of the school term of the grievant, the time limits set forth herein may be reduced so the procedure may be exhausted prior to the end of the school term, or as soon thereafter as is practicable, if mutually agreed upon in writing.
