Year Limited Power Output Warranty. In addition, Xxxxx Solar warrants that for a period of twenty-five years commencing on the Warranty Start Date, the loss of power output relating to the initial guaranteed power which is defined as Peak Power Xxxxx Pmax(Wp) plus Peak Power Xxxxx Pmax(Wp) multiplied by the lower limit of the Power Output Tolerance Pmax(%)–as specified in the relevant Product Data Sheet and measured at Standard Test Conditions (STC: irradiation1000w/m²,temperature25°,AM1.5) for the Product(s) shall not exceed and measurement shall either be carried out by Xxxxx Solar or by a third-party testing institute recognized by Xxxxx Solar and the customer. (Remark: According to STC, Measurement system uncertainty should be included in all actual power output measurements.)  For Polycrystalline Products (as defined in Sec. 1 a): 2.5% in the first year, from the 2nd year to the 25th year, the average annual power decline will be no more than 0.7%. By the end of the 25th year, the actual power output will be no less than 80.7%;  For Standard Monocrystalline Products (as defined in Sec. 1 b): 3.0% in the first year, from the 2nd year to the 25th year, the average annual power decline will be no more than 0.68%. By the end of the 25th year, the actual power output will be no less than 80.68%;  For Monocrystalline PERC Products (as defined in Sec. 1 b): 2.5% in the first year, from the 2nd year to the 25th year, the average annual power decline will be no more than 0.68%. By the end of the 25th year, the actual power output will be no less than 81.18%.
