Year Limited Warranty. The term of this Limited Warranty (“Warranty Period”) for Fiberon Relax Decking shall be fifteen (15) years from the date of original purchase by or for a residential application as long as the Original Purchaser owns the property upon which the Fiberon Product was installed. Without limitation on any other provision of this Limited Warranty, Fiberon does not warrant for stain resistance resulting from spilled or otherwise applied substances that are not properly cleaned with soap and water or mild household cleaners immediately. All warranties are void and excluded in their entirety in any of the following events: • Failure to install, care for and maintain the Fiberon Product in accordance with written instructions and the conditions stated below voids all warranties in their entirety. • Use of abrasive compounds of acidic or basic pH, strong solvents, oil-based paints or stains, metallic rust, concrete or masonry products, air or water borne minerals and other abnormal residential deck use items will damage the Fiberon Product and voids all warranties in theirentirety. • Putting Relax Decking in direct or indirect contact with extreme heat sources (over 250 degrees) voids all warranties in their entirety. • Damaging, gouging, scraping or puncturing the surface of Relax Decking voids all warranties in their entirety. • Failure to recoat Fiberon Relax Decking periodically to maintain finish and appearance.

b. In the event of a failure of Fiberon Relax Decking within the applicable Warranty Period as warranted above, when properly installed, used and maintained as described above, Fiberon will replace the nonconforming item as set forth in Section 2 below.

Air Compressors are not eligible for Lifetime Service Agreement To accept the RIDGID® Brand Lifetime Service Agreement, you must register your qualifying RIDGID® Brand Hand Held Power Tool, Stationary Power Tool or Pneumatic Tool within 90 days after purchase. Register by logging on to xxx.xxxxxx.xxx, click on “Product Registration,” and choose the appropriate product category. Log into your personal account, if you do not have one, create an account. Then click ‘Register New Product’. Include all qualifying RIDGID brand product information: complete model and serial numbers for each serialized piece of equipment, including batteries and chargers. If you don’t have access to the internet, enclose a letter with the following information: First name, last name, e-mail, date of birth, phone number, address, city, state, zip code, model number from package, and the model/serial number of all qualifying serialized tool(s), battery(s), and charger(s) if applicable. Unirac warrants to Buyer that the components purchased from Unirac shall be free of defects in material and workmanship which substantially impair their ability to perform their intended function for a period of 25 years after the Warranty Commencement Date. If, within the Warranty Period set forth above, Xxxxx asserts that any Product fails to conform to the Limited Warranty, then Buyer shall notify Unirac and give Unirac an opportunity to inspect the Product and contest the Limited Warranty claim. The parties shall work in good faith to resolve any dispute expediently. For all acknowledged valid Limited Warranty claims, Unirac shall (a) repair or provide a replacement for the nonconforming Product, or the nonconforming part thereof, or (b) refund the purchase price of the nonconforming Product or non-conforming part, at Unirac’s option. Such repair, replacement or refund shall be Buyer’s and any transferee’s sole remedy under this Limited Warranty and shall fulfill all of Unirac’s obligations with respect to this Limited Warranty. Any such repair, replacement or refund does not cause the beginning of new Limited Warranty terms, nor shall the Limited Warranty period or Warranty Commencement Date of this Limited Warranty be extended.
