YIELD ESTIMATES. 6.07.01 Anam shall provide to TI accurate multi-probe yield ("MPY") and process yields estimates for Anam's production of each TI Product device on a weekly basis, or more frequently if there is a material change in the estimated MPY or process yield last communicated to TI.
