Yonge Developmental Research School Appointments. (1) Academic Year Appointments. The academic year appointment period (hereafter, “calendar”) for P. K. Yonge faculty members consists of a Fall and Spring semester of approximately 42 contiguous weeks, and shall consist of not more than 194 days. In scheduling these days, the Trustees shall consider the calendar of the local district. The calendar for the following academic year shall be submitted to the faculty for its consideration, and such scheduling shall be subject to consultation under the Consultation article of the Agreement.
