You Do Not Follow Dispute Resolution/Arbitration Procedures. You attempt to have any dispute under the Plan or this Award Agreement resolved in any manner that is not provided for by Paragraph 16 or Section 3.17 of the Plan, or you attempt to arbitrate a dispute without first having exhausted your internal administrative remedies in accordance with Paragraph 13(f)(viii).

You Do Not Follow Dispute Resolution/Arbitration Procedures. You attempt to have any dispute under the Plan or this Award Agreement resolved in any manner that is not provided for by Paragraph 16 or Section 3.17 of the Plan, or you attempt to arbitrate a dispute without first having exhausted your internal administrative remedies in accordance with Paragraph 13(f)(viii).

You attempt to have any dispute under the Plan or this Award Agreement resolved in any manner that is not provided for by Paragraph 16 14 or Section 3.17 of the Plan, or you attempt to arbitrate a dispute without first having exhausted your internal administrative remedies in accordance with Paragraph 13(f)(viii11(f)(vii).
