Common use of Your acceptance of change Clause in Contracts

Your acceptance of change. When we give you an advance notice you have the option of not accepting it but you must inform us accordingly. If you do not accept a change with a notice then you must advise us before the change takes effect. We will treat this as a notice from you to end this framework agreement between us so we will close your account with us immediately. If you don’t contact us on the matter and inform us your intention in writing we assume that changes are accepted by you. Obviously, regardless of any notification on changes or conditions, you are free to close your account with us at any time.
