Your Customer Account. 2.1 You need a valid Account in order to access the Software and/or the Service. You shall accurately register the information necessary for the creation of your Account. You understand and agree that the Software and/or the Service shall only be made available to you as long as your Account is valid. 2.2 Confidentiality and Identification codes When registering on the MyScript Developer website, Customer creates a private Account and shall choose a login (corresponding to their email address) and a password (hereinafter jointly referred to as the “Identification Codes”). Such Identification Codes are personal, confidential and non- transferable. Customer shall keep the Identification Codes confidential and shall not disclose them to any third party. In the event of loss or disclosure, Customer shall immediately inform MyScript in writing to xxx.xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxx.xxx so that we can proceed to the cancellation and/or update of such Identification Codes. Customer is responsible for the use of the Identification Codes, including in the event of loss, access by a third party and/or disclosure.

Your Customer Account. 6.1 Once the things in clause 5.1 have been completed to our satisfaction, we will open your Customer Account which will allow you to use our Payment Facility. 6.2 You may only make Purchase Orders using our Payment Facility if you have a Customer Account. 6.3 Once your Customer Account is created, you will be asked to choose and enter a secure password. You may subsequently access your Customer Account using your password on our Website or App. 6.4 You must not permit others to use your Customer Account or allow anyone else to have or use your secure password. 6.5 You agree that if anyone else uses your Customer Account to make a Purchase Order, that person will be deemed to be you for the purposes of this Agreement and that will not affect your obligations under this Agreement notwithstanding that: (a) we know that there has been unauthorised use of your Customer Account; (b) there is a dispute in relation to the Purchase Order; or (c) any rights or claims that we or a Merchant may have against that person. except where we have caused unauthorised access or use of your Customer Account.

  • User Accounts End User shall ensure that only Authorized Users can access the Services. User accounts may not be shared among individuals or used to provide access to the Services to individuals who are not the individual associated with the corresponding user account.

  • Closing Your Account Unless an agreement relating to a particular product or service says otherwise, you can close your Account at any time provided that you first settle any debit balance owing.

  • Information About You and Your Visits to the Website All information we collect on this Website is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Website, you consent to all actions taken by us with respect to your information in compliance with the Privacy Policy.

  • USING YOUR ACCOUNT If you are approved for an account, the Credit Union will establish a line of credit for you. You agree that your credit limit is the maximum amount (purchases, cash advances, finance charges, plus "other charges") which you will have outstanding on your account at any time. Unless disclosed otherwise, the Credit Union will not allow advances over the credit limit. If the Credit Union has a program whereby it allows payment of advances that exceed your credit limit, subject to a fee, the Credit Union will provide you with notice, either orally, in writing, or electronically (notwithstanding the requirements of the paragraph entitled “Statements and Notices”) explaining your right to opt in to the Credit Union’s program whereby it will honor advance requests over the credit limit. In the event you opt in to such a program, you agree to the terms of such a program. You may request an increase in your credit limit only by a method acceptable to the Credit Union. The Credit Union may increase or decrease your credit limit, refuse to make an advance and/or terminate your account at any time for any reason not prohibited by law. If you are permitted to obtain cash advances on your account, we may, from time to time, issue convenience checks to you that may be drawn on your account. Convenience checks may not be used to make a payment on your account balance. If you use a convenience check, it will be posted to your account as a cash advance. We reserve the right to refuse to pay a convenience check drawn on your account for any reason and such refusal shall not constitute wrongful dishonor.
