Your Priority User Account Clause Samples

Your Priority User Account. In order to you use the App and Services you must already have a valid Priority user account of the ERP System which was set up by your Work Place prior to your access to the App and Services ("User Account"). In order to access your User Account as above, you must first scan a QR code you shall receive from your Work Place. After such submission, you will be requested to submit your User Account's user name and password. You may upload a photo of yourself to your User Account, provided that such photo shall comply with the provisions of Sections 5 and 6 below (the "User Image"). You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are solely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your User Account. You agree to notify Priority immediately of any unauthorized use of your User Account or any other breach of security. Priority will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or User Account, either with or without your knowledge. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by Priority or another party due to someone else using your User Account or password.
