The App. You can access your Atlas Card Account through the Atlas mobile application (App). You may log in to the App at any time to view and update information about your Atlas Card Account and initiate online transactions. Your use of the App is subject to the Atlas Mobile App Terms of Service.

The App. To most easily use the App, you may first create WAX account and an electronic wallet compatible with the Non-Fungible Token (NFT) standard on the WAX blockchain, such as the WAX Cloud Wallet electronic wallet accesible xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxx.xx/. WAX Cloud Wallet and other electronic wallets allow you to purchase, store, and engage in transactions using WAX cryptocurrency. You will not be able to engage in any transactions on the App other than through WAX-compatible wallets. Transactions that take place on the App are managed and confirmed via the WAX blockchain. You understand that your WAX public address will be made publicly visible whenever you engage in a transaction on the App. We neither own nor control WAX Cloud Wallet, Google Chrome or other browsers, the WAX blockchain, or any other third party site, product, or service that you might access, visit, or use for the purpose of enabling you to use the various features of the App. We will not be liable for the acts or omissions of any such third parties, nor will we be liable for any damage that you may suffer as a result of your transactions or any other interaction with any such third parties.

The App. 1. The App is an online browser game that enables its registered users (“Users”) as members of a particular clan to be involved in the conquest of the states in the world map. Throughout the game, the User uses CoC tokens being an in-game currency to make moves to conquer all pieces of the state and purchase additional abilities to quickly capturing the state. According to the results of the game, an amount of Ethereum cryptocurrency (the “ETH”) is transferred at 00:00 on a daily basis to the most active Users depending on the percentage of the daily turnover of the game, formed due to the sales of CoC tokens, and the role of the User in the conquest of states by the clan. You can find detailed information in the App. 2. To use the App, you will need an electronic wallet, which will be automatically created and connected, to your in-game account through our partner Xxxxx.xxxx. The wallet will allow you to purchase CoC tokens, and engage in transactions using the ETH. 3. To most easily purchase the ETH you are allowed to buy it with your credit or debit card through our fiat partner the MoonPay or exchange your cryptocurrency to ETH through our in-game widget provided by Changelly. 4. The Company maintains the right to choose countries where the App will be available or restrict the use in specific areas. 5. The App is accessible 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. However, the Company reserves the right to suspend the access to the App temporarily in order to carry out technical or repairing works without providing a notice and a compensation to the User. 6. The Company is not a bank, a financial institution, a cryptocurrency exchange or lottery and does not provide investment or financial advice to the Users.

The App. The App is a piece of software provided to Users to conveniently report information useful to their employer. The App is designed to allow a User to register for temporary employment through us. It also enables a User to receive further messages from FLEC. You can use the App for your personal use only. To download, install, access or use the App, you must be 18 years of age or over. If you are 18 and you wish to use download, install, access or use the App, you must get consent from your parent or guardian before doing so. Access to the App is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the App or any Content or services on or available through it without notice. We are not liable if for any reason the App or any Content or services on or available through it are unavailable at any time or for any period. We can restrict access to some or all parts of the App or the Content or services on or available through it to Users who have successfully registered with us for relevant services or Content. You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to the App, including, but not limited to, maintaining a balance of sufficient credit on your mobile device, otherwise ensuring access to your mobile data network, ensuring a sufficient charge in the device’s battery and keeping the device in your possession. While we may take precautions against security breaches, no website, application or Internet transmission is completely secure, and as such, you acknowledge that neither we nor third parties connected to us shall be liable for damages, costs or losses, that may result from interruption or interception of communications or unauthorized access or hacking. We cannot guarantee the privacy and security of such communications. The App is independent of any device on which it is located. Your download, installation, access to and use of the App may also be governed by the terms and conditions of your mobile or internet provider. You agree that your use of the App is for your benefit to provide information to us and to facilitate efficient processing of your work, timesheets and pay claims. You agree that by using the App you are asking us to supply your information to potential employers for your benefit and by your own choice.

The App. The App is a downloadable mobile application for use in conjunction with smartphones and eligible data-only mobile devices that allows You to access the features and capabilities of AT&T Dynamic Traffic Management. AT&T Dynamic Traffic Management allows You to receive a differentiated 4G LTE network experience for data traffic originated on and traversing over the AT&T-owned domestic 4G LTE network. . When the App is used to initiate an AT&T Dynamic Traffic Management session, the App has features that track Your session start times, duration and volume of traffic.

The App. 4.2.1. The Service is offered by Hashtag Viral and may be accessed by the User by means of the APP. The User’s ability to access the Service via the APP depends on certain functionalities and other technical conditions of the User’s device on an IOS and /or Android platform. 4.2.2. The APP is available through platforms provided specifically for mobile devices i.e., mobile phones communicating using radio waves, operating within the GSM Digital Systems or Tablets. The APP is compatible with the following systems: 4.2.2.1 IOS version 8 or higher;

The App. The purpose of the App is to enable users to post information relating to their travels. Accordingly, users will provide, at their sole discretion, information about their travel and restaurants, lodging, shopping, attractions and entertainment they have visited (collectively, “Itineraries”). We do not ASK anyone for such information. You can post or not post whatever you choose, subject to the Terms & Conditions and, specifically the Standards of Conduct. We do not publish, transmit or make available to the public any information you provide relating to an Itinerary. The only persons who have access to any given Itinerary of yours are those who you specifically authorize and invite to share that Itinerary. You may choose to keep information you provide for your profile private HOWEVER your profile image, whether it is a photograph or artwork, will be visible to all users of the App. The App includes a search feature that enables you to search for users and resources near you. That feature requires you to enable the location services on your phone, which also enables your device to be located. This search feature must be turned on by you, otherwise it is not active. If you do not want to be located, you do not have to do anything.

The App. 1.1 The App will provide you with the ability to purchase a wristband or card embedded with an RFID chip. 1.2 Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license during the Term of this Agreement to use the App solely for your internal business purposes. You will not otherwise distribute, lease, rent, host, sublicense, transfer, sell, export, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, copy, benchmark, create derivative works from, or attempt to derive the source code for the App. This license does not grant you any rights to Developer's (or any other third party's) trademarks, service marks, logos, trade dress, proprietary, or other intellectual property unless provided with the App. Developer reserves to itself (or applicable third parties) all right, title, interest, and license (express or implied) to the App that are not specifically granted to you under this Agreement. You will preserve and display any proprietary notices, markings, or branding associated with use of the App. 1.3 The App may update automatically from time-to-time, and you may be required to accept these updates to continue using the App. Developer may perform maintenance on the App, which may result in service interruptions or delays from time-to-time. Developer may not support older versions of the App. You are solely responsible for obtaining all equipment and services (e.g., Internet connectivity) necessary to access and use the App.

The App. 1.1 The App will provide you with the ability to accept payments via a Clover device and report transaction activity to your point of sale software. 1.2 In order to utilize the App functionality and associated services, you must enter a separate agreement with Developer and utilize compatible point of sale software. 1.3 Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license during the Term (defined below) of this Agreement to use the App solely for your internal business purposes. You will not otherwise distribute, lease, rent, host, sublicense, transfer, sell, export, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, copy, benchmark, create derivative works from, or attempt to derive the source code for the App. This license does not grant you any rights to Developer's (or any other third party's) trademarks, service marks, logos, trade dress, proprietary, or other intellectual property unless provided with the App. Developer reserves to itself (or applicable third parties) all right, title, interest, and license (express or implied) to the App that are not specifically granted to you under this Agreement. You will preserve and display any proprietary notices, markings, or branding associated with use of the App. 1.4 The App may update automatically from time-to-time, and you may be required to accept these updates to continue using the App. Developer may perform maintenance on the App, which may result in service interruptions or delays from time-to-time. Developer may not support older versions of the App. You are solely responsible for obtaining all equipment and services (e.g., Internet connectivity) necessary to access and use the App.

The App. (i) For the use of the App, the Cardholder may be required to enter into certain license agreements with the software providers (including Google Play and/or App Store) (“License Agreements”) and subject to the terms and conditions prescribed by these providers. UAF is not a party to the License Agreements, and is not responsible for the services provided by or any act or omission by these providers. (ii) The App, any related materials and other products and services provided through the App are not intended for download, use or access by any person in any jurisdiction where such download or use would be contrary to any applicable law or regulation of that jurisdiction or where UAF are not licensed or authorized to provide the App or any related materials, or in any jurisdiction that is subject to any sanction regime. By browsing and/or gaining access to the App and/or any related materials, the Cardholder shall be taken to have understood and complied with all relevant and applicable laws, regulations and restrictions. The Cardholder shall be responsible for ensuring that he/she is permitted to use the App and access any related materials under the laws and regulations applicable to him/her. (iii) Use of hyperlinks to access other internet sites or resources are at the Cardholder’s own risks. UAF is not responsible for the accuracy or quality of the information provided by the other sites or the safety or security of the other sites.
