The App. You can access your Atlas Card Account through the Atlas mobile application (App). You may log in to the App at any time to view and update information about your Atlas Card Account and initiate online transactions. Your use of the App is subject to the Atlas Mobile App Terms of Service.

The App. To most easily use the App, you may first create WAX account and an electronic wallet compatible with the Non-Fungible Token (NFT) standard on the WAX blockchain, such as the WAX Cloud Wallet electronic wallet accesible xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxx.xx/. WAX Cloud Wallet and other electronic wallets allow you to purchase, store, and engage in transactions using WAX cryptocurrency. You will not be able to engage in any transactions on the App other than through WAX-compatible wallets. Transactions that take place on the App are managed and confirmed via the WAX blockchain. You understand that your WAX public address will be made publicly visible whenever you engage in a transaction on the App. We neither own nor control WAX Cloud Wallet, Google Chrome or other browsers, the WAX blockchain, or any other third party site, product, or service that you might access, visit, or use for the purpose of enabling you to use the various features of the App. We will not be liable for the acts or omissions of any such third parties, nor will we be liable for any damage that you may suffer as a result of your transactions or any other interaction with any such third parties.
The App. 1. The App is an online browser game that enables its registered users (“Users”) as members of a particular clan to be involved in the conquest of the states in the world map. Throughout the game, the User uses CoC tokens being an in-game currency to make moves to conquer all pieces of the state and purchase additional abilities to quickly capturing the state. According to the results of the game, an amount of Ethereum cryptocurrency (the “ETH”) is transferred at 00:00 on a daily basis to the most active Users depending on the percentage of the daily turnover of the game, formed due to the sales of CoC tokens, and the role of the User in the conquest of states by the clan. You can find detailed information in the App. 2. To use the App, you will need an electronic wallet, which will be automatically created and connected, to your in-game account through our partner Xxxxx.xxxx. The wallet will allow you to purchase CoC tokens, and engage in transactions using the ETH. 3. To most easily purchase the ETH you are allowed to buy it with your credit or debit card through our fiat partner the MoonPay or exchange your cryptocurrency to ETH through our in-game widget provided by Changelly. 4. The Company maintains the right to choose countries where the App will be available or restrict the use in specific areas. 5. The App is accessible 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. However, the Company reserves the right to suspend the access to the App temporarily in order to carry out technical or repairing works without providing a notice and a compensation to the User. 6. The Company is not a bank, a financial institution, a cryptocurrency exchange or lottery and does not provide investment or financial advice to the Users.

The App is designed to allow a User to register for temporary employment through us. It also enables a User to receive further messages from FLEC. You can use the App for your personal use only. To download, install, access or use the App, you must be 18 years of age or over. If you are 18 and you wish to use download, install, access or use the App, you must get consent from your parent or guardian before doing so. Access to the App is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the App or any Content or services on or available through it without notice. We are not liable if for any reason the App or any Content or services on or available through it are unavailable at any time or for any period. We can restrict access to some or all parts of the App or the Content or services on or available through it to Users who have successfully registered with us for relevant services or Content. You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to the App, including, but not limited to, maintaining a balance of sufficient credit on your mobile device, otherwise ensuring access to your mobile data network, ensuring a sufficient charge in the device’s battery and keeping the device in your possession. While we may take precautions against security breaches, no website, application or Internet transmission is completely secure, and as such, you acknowledge that neither we nor third parties connected to us shall be liable for damages, costs or losses, that may result from interruption or interception of communications or unauthorized access or hacking. We cannot guarantee the privacy and security of such communications. The App is independent of any device on which it is located. Your download, installation, access to and use of the App may also be governed by the terms and conditions of your mobile or internet provider. You agree that your use of the App is for your benefit to provide information to us and to facilitate efficient processing of your work, timesheets and pay claims. You agree that by using the App you are asking us to supply your information to potential employers for your benefit and by your own choice.
The App. 3.1. You must be authorised to use this App by the Care Quality Commission registered organisation with whom you are employed or engaged by (“Care Organisation”). At all times, you must exercise your independent clinical judgement when using the App and ensure that you follow your own clinical process as advised by your Care Organisation, general medical guidance and in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable to the jurisdiction in which you are located and providing care. 3.2. We are giving you personally the right to use the App as set out above. You may not otherwise transfer the App to someone else, whether for money, for anything else or for free. If you sell any device on which the App is installed, you must remove the App from it. 3.3. The data, materials and all content set out in the App (“Information”) are not created by Horizon or edited by Horizon’s employees and, as a result, may not be attributed to the Horizon or Horizon’s employees and Horizon shall not be liable for any reliance on the Information provided in the App. 3.4. The Information contained in this App is created and published by specific third parties (“Content Contributors”). Horizon does not prepare, contribute to, amend or validate in any way, any Information, but simply provides a platform for easy access to this Information. 3.5. If you are a Content Contributor, you are permitted to add, amend and remove content to this App by your Care Organisation and any issues in relation to these rights should be raised directly with your Care Organisation. 3.6. The use of this App by any persons, including health professionals working within establishments not connected with the Care Organisation do so at their own risk. Horizon makes no representations or guarantees as to the adequacy or completeness of any of the Information contained in this App, or the App's compatibility with any policies or procedures of others, where this App is used by persons other than healthcare professionals directly employed by the Care Organisation. 3.7. The App is intended as a support tool for health professionals and is provided for reference only. It is not intended to be a replacement for professional medical advice. The App. 1. The App can be used on most Apple iOS and Android OS devices. 2. In order to use any Services through the App, you must: 1. have a compatible Device; 2. download and install the App on your compatible Device from the relevant marketplace for your Device’s platform; 3. agree to any relevant Terms of Service; and 4. register a Profile using the App (see section 3). 3. We may update the App to add to, and improve, its functions. Depending on the update, you may not be able to use the App until you have downloaded the latest version and accepted any new or additional terms. 4. The App. 1.1 The App will provide you with the ability to purchase a wristband or card embedded with an RFID chip. 1.2 Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license during the Term of this Agreement to use the App solely for your internal business purposes. You will preserve and display any proprietary notices, markings, or branding associated with use of the App. 1.3 The App may update automatically from time-to-time, and you may be required to accept these updates to continue using the App. Developer may perform maintenance on the App, which may result in service interruptions or delays from time-to-time. Developer may not support older versions of the App. You are solely responsible for obtaining all equipment and services (e.g., Internet connectivity) necessary to access and use the App.
